Why Donate?
Good question! But the simple answer is, you are here you and are already receiving some great benefits from using PS MWAP (Mafia Wars Autoplayer). And it's not just mafia wars autoplayer, but any of the scripts that you use from Playerscripts.
But before you think about donating, it is worth mentioning one main thing...
Not one person involved in playerscripts.com receives any money from anything we do here.
We are volunteers
We are all volunteers and our only request is that if you enjoy what we do, help with our costs. Those that donate, and there are a few, help greatly in supporting us with their hard earned cash. It does not matter how much you give, every little bit helps.
We are growing
When we started all of this, we were on shared hosting, not costing a great deal of money, but mainly paid by the senior people here. As we have grown our community and the number of users for our scripts it became apparent that we would quickly out grow our software and resources. So we decided to lease a dedicated server and apply other services to ensure this web site and the hosting of our scripts is up and running for you.

- On average we have about 100 new members join a day
- Since Jan 1, over 39,000,000 page views and over 11,000,000 visits
- People spend on average 8 minutes per visit on the site
- Firefox is the main browser with Chrome coming in at a close 2nd
- USA, UK and Germany represent the top 3 countries where people come from
Server Costs
As you can imagine, server costs are not cheap and this can run into $1000's per year. We also have a CDN account (Content Delivery Network) that optimizes our graphics, both on the site and in our scripts - all of which helps improve speed and quality of service, and all of which costs money to run and maintain.
We save you time and money
And don't forget, one of the things that our scripts do very well, they save you time and money. So we greatly appreciate any donation you give to help us keep delivering, maintaining and updating the scripts. We help you to play when you have better things to do. We save you time. We automate the boring bits of a game that you enjoy. We allow you to advance your game while you're doing other things, like earning a living. And we do all this on a volunteer basis.
